We are currently looking for a Brand Designer in Europe. As a Brand Designer, you will shape the visual identity and storytelling of a fast‑growing company across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with product and marketing teams to translate complex product value into clear, impactful creative that resonates with customers and partners. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, offering high ownership of brand design systems, campaigns, and visual assets. You will help build scalable design processes, experiment with innovative tools, and ensure consistent, polished, and recognizable brand experiences. The position thrives in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment that values creativity, speed, and collaboration.

Accountabilities
  • Own and evolve the brand's visual identity and design system across web, content, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate UX, product flows, and value propositions into compelling visuals
  • Design high-impact assets including sales decks, product one‑pagers, event materials, digital campaigns, and social content
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries to support cross‑functional teams
  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and production while maintaining design quality and authenticity
  • Contribute to creative direction and brand evolution, ensuring consistency across all channels
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, brand impact, and high‑quality execution across channels
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Webflow or equivalent
  • Ability to translate complex product concepts into simple, visual narratives
  • Experience building design systems and reusable templates to support fast‑moving teams
  • Comfortable working independently with strong execution skills and attention to detail
  • Thoughtful use of AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency without compromising originality
  • Bonus: experience in video or motion design using After Effects, Runway, or Premiere
