Job summary

ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ is seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing creative agency in Greater London. You will work on branding, campaigns and creative projects across print, digital and experiential environments, shaping visual identities for globally recognised brands.

You’ll contribute to live events, packaging and presentation materials, collaborating with senior designers to ensure high-quality output while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing branding, print, digital and experiential design work.
• Proven track record in a creative agency or studio environment.
• Experience with live events, experiential marketing or brand activation projects.
• Ability to take projects from initial concept through to final artwork and adhere to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic design assets across print, digital and experiential environments.
• Develop brand identities, visual systems and campaign creative from concept to final artwork.
• Produce print-ready artwork for event collateral and large-format graphics.
• Design engaging presentation decks, social content and client-facing materials.
• Create mood boards, visual references and concept layouts to communicate ideas.
• Collaborate with creative leads and wider teams to refine design output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
