Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking a Marketing and Communications professional to coordinate client communications, manage editorial calendars, and keep content aligned with brand guidelines. You will work with Front Office and other teams to source content and ensure timely delivery.

You will also manage digital presence, social media, intranet content, and the events programme, including webinars and private client events, while liaising with external agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on projects and coordinate with external agencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe design tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the weekly client communications programme, The Brief.
• Develop and maintain the editorial content calendar with stakeholders.
• Source content and manage deadlines with Front Office and other teams.
• Draft, edit and proofread client-facing content for tone and accuracy.
• Manage updates across company websites and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create social media content with the Digital Marketing Manager and support webinars.
• Maintain intranet Marketing & Communications content for colleagues.
• Support planning and delivery of private client events and webinars.
• Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, invitations and materials.
• Oversee golf club partnership and related activities.
• Act as a brand guardian for marketing materials and liaise with external agencies.
• Contribute to video content planning with internal and external teams.
• Lead assigned marketing projects from briefing to delivery.
• Update firm literature and collateral with the marketing team.
