Qualifications

• 1–3 years in communications, marketing, PR, social media or digital content.
• Strong copywriting ability with adaptability to different audiences.
• Careful editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating and publishing content for brand social media channels.
• Naturally organised and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Familiarity with CMS and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities

• Look after social media from content creation to performance reporting.
• Write and edit website content to keep it up to date.
• Maintain the communications calendar and source stories from across the business.
• Prepare the quarterly internal newsletter.
• Gather publicity assets and keep the brand consistent in a library.
• Support company announcements and PR activity.
• Assist with events.
