Job summary

CAA Brand Consulting in London invites interns to join the world’s leading global sports and entertainment agency for a paid full-time 12-week internship running February–April 2027. Interns will work full time at a London office supporting a variety of projects within their department.

We are seeking proactive, energetic individuals with strong admin, communication and organisational skills who are passionate about the field and eager to build a career in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Hospitality Manager in shaping and innovating the global hospitality and event experience.
• Contribute to the management of the client hospitality and guest experience programme.
• Assist with tracking and utilisation of contractual hospitality assets and ticket allocations.
• Support project and event management, including hospitality and logistics.
• Establish relationships with key rights holders to meet approvals and deadlines.
• Help source, engage and manage suppliers for a seamless guest experience.
• Provide general administrative support to the overall team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our busy London offices will be welcoming a group of new interns to be part of the world's leading global sports and entertainment agency. This is an incredible opportunity to take part in our paid full-time 12-week programme which will run between 1st February- 23rd April 2027. This practical programme will help interns to develop their career in an industry they are passionate about.

Interns are required to work full time for the duration of the programme at one of our London offices and will support a variety of projects within their assigned department. Projects may include but will not be limited to; conducting research, providing general support for the overall team, admin and data entry tasks. We are looking for proactive problem solvers with an enthusiasm for building a career at CAA.

Strong admin, communication and organisational skills are a must, as well as a proven passion for and knowledge of your desired field.

This internship is a full-time position, paid at the London Living Wage.
