Brand and Community Manager

Overview

Sips is a new lifestyle brand built around a distinctive 480ml Tritan bottle designed for everyday carry. The brand stands for style, confidence, and ease, with plans to expand into accessories and future bottle formats. We are looking for a Brand and Community Manager who can bring the Sips world to life, build direct relationships with customers, and shape the brand’s presence across all customer touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone with strong creative judgement, hands‑on content skills, and a natural instinct for community building. You will be the person who translates the brand’s positioning into real‑world storytelling, content, and engagement.

Responsibilities
Brand and Storytelling
  • Define and refine the Sips brand voice across all channels.
  • Create narrative‑led content that elevates the brand, from founder‑led storytelling to lifestyle moments.
  • Work closely with the founder to articulate the brand’s values and aesthetic in public.
Content Creation
  • Produce high‑quality photo and video content suitable for social media, email, and the website.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars with a focus on editorial‑style storytelling rather than volume posting.
  • Coordinate lifestyle shoots and work with freelancers when needed.
Social Media and Community Management
  • Manage the Sips Instagram and TikTok channels day‑to‑day.
  • Build a strong community through consistent engagement, thoughtful responses, and relationship nurturing.
  • Identify and elevate UGC that reflects the Sips lifestyle.
  • Run polls, questions, and feedback loops to involve the community in product decisions.
Influencers and Creators
  • Identify micro creators whose visual style aligns with Sips.
  • Manage gifting, relationship‑building, and creative collaboration.
  • Maintain a curated creator network that grows organically with the brand.
Email and CRM
  • Develop weekly or bi‑weekly editorial emails that feel personal and crafted.
  • Work with the founder to create storytelling‑led sequences, including welcome flows and product launches.
Product and Launch Support
  • Gather community insights and feed them into product development.
  • Support upcoming launches including accessories, new bottle formats, and limited editions.
  • Help shape the brand world as it expands into new categories.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a brand, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or accessories environment.
  • Strong creative eye and ability to produce high‑quality content independently.
  • Confident in short‑form video, basic editing, and photography.
  • Excellent written communication with a strong sense of tone and narrative.
  • Experience managing creators or influencer relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.
  • A natural feel for culture, aesthetics, and what appeals to women aged 21‑45.
