Job summary

Moss Bros Group in Bridgend is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver outstanding in-store customer experiences for 12 hours per week. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and offer expert styling options while promoting Moss services and products.

With strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fashion, you will contribute to store KPIs, build lasting relationships, and support stockroom and checkout processes as part of the Moss team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proactive in promoting services and products.
• Ability to meet store KPI targets.
• Experience using POS and handling cash.
• Interest in fashion and Moss brand values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience, greeting customers and offering bespoke advice.
• Maximise sales and services goals by elevating each interaction.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across Moss Hire, Custom Made, Retail and Alterations.
• Utilise feedback to improve service and store performance.
• Assist with stockroom duties and stock/cash control procedures.
• Follow appointment processes and ensure accurate customer data.
