Job summary

Powerforce GB is seeking a London Activator to support the London Business Development Manager team in maximizing sales in the Out of Home channel. The role includes activating point-of-sale solutions and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include diary management and building relationships with site managers. The position offers a salary of £25,000 per annum, ongoing training, and numerous benefits, including a company vehicle and Oyster card.

What's the role about?

London Activator

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000 per annum + quarterly bonus + company vehicle & Oyster card

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: London

Working for Powerforce our London Activator's key purpose is to support the London Business Development Manager (BDM) team to maximise our client's sales in the Out of Home channel and deliver outstanding customer service. The Activator will work closely with the London team by visiting sites and activating point of sale solutions which will increase confectionery sales.

The BDM’s agree the points of interruption & range with the site and then pass to the activator to plan the activation date, reaffirm the plan with the site manager and activate the point-of-sale solutions & merchandise to the highest of standards at the site.

The key person will be:

• Great at diary management, be effective at managing a large geographical territory and be flexible and energetic
• Able to work at a fast pace & within a physical role whilst demonstrating fantastic communication skills & initiative
• Confident building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
• A team player mentality as you will be working closely with the London BDM team to execute activations and deliver excellent brand visibility and customer service across their sites

The role comes with a vehicle plus an oyster card, depending on site locations you may drive or use public transport around central London to activate the sites.
