Together with the UK BB&R sales team, you will help deliver the global vision, strategy and growth plans for our brands with passion, commitment and expertise.

Based upon clear understanding of consumer & trade needs, you will work to provide our sales teams with meaningful & distinctive assets & activations to build both, ours and our 3rd party brands in an effective and efficient way.

You will lead our UK advocacy strategy by coordinating brand building activities in our trade partners.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage the development & delivery of UK brand strategy and annual growth plans to deliver against a 3-year brand budget, in partnership with brand team & key sales colleagues.
  • Lead all branded trade activations for the UK market in collaboration with sales team
  • Support training and tasting activities in trade (both on & off)
  • Support No.3 global team in planning of key advocacy activities
  • Support UK Brand Manager on all reporting and management of 3rd party brand owners
  • Manage the UK trade marketing budget for the team
  • Support sales teams to ensure brands grow in line with global direction and strategy
  • Reporting for trade activations to brand owners and BB&R internal stakeholders
  • Lead trade brand planning, in collaboration with sales to ensure investment and support
  • Support trade focused digital community & content plans for owned brands
  • Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation, adhering to industry regulations on ‘Responsible Drinking and Behaviour’.

Experience / Achievements

  • Working directly with sales & marketing teams – ability to showcase an understanding of consumer & customer needs.
  • Experience in a premium spirits brand or innovation brand with a startup / entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Developing & executing a plan.
  • Managing and executing several projects at once, ability to showcase prioritising responsibilities & managing complexity.
  • Experience at using creativity to problem solve & challenge the status-norms.
