Part Time Branch Supervisor - Weymouth (DT4 9TJ) - Plumb Centre

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within the branch to meet branch targets
• Take charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and suppliers
• Help to develop the customer base and increase sales
• Motivate the team to achieve goals
• Supervise the team to ensure they are clear on their work priorities

This is a Part Time position working 24 hours a week. The working pattern will be Monday - Thursday 12.00pm - 4.00pm and Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm OR 08.00am - 5.00pm Wednesday - Friday. You will also work Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am - 12pm.

Desired qualifications

• Previous industry or merchant experience would be desirable
• Proven track record in supervising a team
• Prior Face to Face sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers to build strong relationships
