Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in Preston. The role blends branch leadership with hands-on car buying, customer service, and meeting sales targets. You’ll drive branch performance and ensure smooth operations for a fast-growing national network.

Typical 42.5-hour week on a rotational pattern with weekend work. Salary £28,200 per year with OTE £35,220, plus generous monthly and annual bonuses and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive you will buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branches, being the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required.
