Travis Perkins plc is looking for a Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales office at our Fareham branch. The role focuses on driving profitability, delivering outstanding customer service, and coordinating day-to-day operations to support the building trade.

You will be responsible for budgeting, expense control, and analyzing sales performance while motivating the team and engaging customers to grow sales and maximise profitability.

• Experience in managing budgets and controlling expenses.
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and drive performance.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.

• Take full responsibility for profitability of the sales team and success of servicing the building trade.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities for the Sales Office and collaborate with external sales force and stakeholders.
