Webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the UK. You will lead branch operations, manage a team, and drive car-buying activity while delivering excellent customer service across our network of branches.

You will work a 42.5-hour week on a rotational pattern; weekends are required as part of the role. A generous bonus scheme complements a base salary and reflects company performance.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and by yourself.
• Strong organisational and workload-prioritising abilities.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch; you are the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Negotiate prices, close deals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.
