WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is hiring a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch, handle transfer activities and drive sales performance. The role involves rotational shifts, 42.5 hours weekly, and weekend work as part of a customer-focused, target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, and ensure smooth branch operations while collaborating with back office and transport teams.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong time management and workload prioritisation.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive, you buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branches, acting as the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers, prioritise your diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and support transport as required.
