We’re looking for a Full-Time Branch Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is all about people – welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge, keeping the store looking fantastic, and making sure every visitor leaves inspired and confident in their choices.

Why this role is exciting

No two days are the same. One moment you’ll be helping a trade customer source the right stock, the next you’ll be advising a homeowner on design choices. You’ll replenish shelves, take in deliveries, and support with merchandising to keep the store at its best. With full training provided, you’ll quickly build the skills and knowledge to shine.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver warm, knowledgeable customer service to retail and trade customers
  • Advise on products, styles, and uses with confidence
  • Replenish stock, unload deliveries, and support merchandising
  • Keep the store safe, inviting, and visually inspiring
  • Follow Health & Safety standards, including safe manual handling (up to 25kg)
Who you are
  • Friendly, approachable, and passionate about customer service
  • Positive, flexible, and a real team player
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and stock movement
  • Willing to learn and build your product knowledge
  • Able to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
