Qualifications

• Experience working face to face with customers in retail.
• Experience in sales over the phone or face to face.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new software.
• A full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and build strong relationships.
• Support account management and provide quotations.
• Drive sales through customer calling and leaflet distribution.
• Manage cash in line with company policies.
• Control stock and process deliveries.
• Support branch operations and ensure compliance with Health & Safety.
