Are you looking for an exciting opportunity, working within a unique retail environment for a market leader? Arco has a fantastic opportunity for a part‑time Branch Sales Advisor to join the team, working from one of our sites near Reading. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service within our on‑site store. Because of the nature of the site you will need to be able to gain security clearance to work in this role. This is a part‑time position, working 24 hours per week Monday to Thursday covering our core hours of 9 am–3 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding levels of customer service
  • Interact with customers in‑store or on the phone to promote our products and services
  • Provide a great shopping environment for our customers, ensuring our stores are clean, tidy and presentable
  • Process customer transactions and respond to customer enquiries using our bespoke IT software
Qualifications
  • Experience of working face to face with customers, preferably in a retail environment
  • An understanding of what makes a great customer experience
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • Ability to gain security clearance
