Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of protective services across a defined client portfolio.
  • Jointly own the branch P&L with the Protective Services Development Manager.
  • Drive high-quality service delivery through proactive planning.
  • Ensure effective resourcing, scheduling, and training of officers.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
  • Track and analyse branch KPIs across various performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of recognition and high engagement.
  • Identify and develop talent within the branch.
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Promote a strong safety culture.
  • Work closely with the Protective Services Development Manager.
  • Support broader business goals through strategic planning.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Lead the delivery of protective services across a defined client portfolio, ensuring all contractual obligations are met with excellence.
  • Financial Accountability: Jointly own the branch P&L with the Protective Services Development Manager, ensuring margin targets are met or exceeded.
  • Service Excellence: Drive high-quality service delivery through proactive planning, continuous improvement, and alignment with client SLAs and KPIs.
  • Workforce Planning: Ensure effective resourcing, scheduling, and training of officers and employees to meet operational demands.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, attending KPI/SLA meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse branch KPIs across people, safety, operations, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of recognition, development, and high engagement, promoting the company’s core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
  • Succession Planning: Identify and develop talent within the branch to ensure long-term capability and service continuity.
  • Process Improvement: Champion a continuous improvement mindset, using data and business intelligence to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all policies, procedures, and training are adhered to.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Protective Services Development Manager and support departments to ensure seamless service delivery and internal alignment.
  • Strategic Contribution: Support the achievement of broader business goals by contributing to strategic planning and execution at the branch level.
