The Role As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including safety, operations, customer satisfaction, and personnel of the warehouse.

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage warehouse layout, inventory storage, and stock levels to meet company goals.
• Coordinate and negotiate shipments with transporters.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Supervise shift planning, staff allocations, and training programs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Set performance targets and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Lead hiring, professional development, and team training initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company ethics, leadership values, and Occupational Safety and Health requirements.
• Assess operational effectiveness, address concerns, and implement improvements.
• Facilitate communication with branch and senior managers to share best practices and business insights.
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills with proven team-building abilities.
• Expertise in safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Excellent time management and crisis resolution skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to travel abroad occasionally.
