A healthcare recruitment firm is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their growing team. You will initially work from home while establishing your branch, transitioning to a physical location after six months. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in business development, enjoys building relationships, and has leadership experience. Sales Branch Manager - Business Development skills are a must, working within a tightknit team within Healthcare Recruitment, you'll have to hunting abilities to grow this ever evolving brand! This role is WFH whilst you build the branches hours - then into branch after 6 months!

Expected experience

• A minimum of 2 years business development experience within healthcare
• At least 2 years' experience leading/managing a team demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire
• The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure
• Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding KPI's
• Organised and strong attention to detail
• Previous experience within healthcare is desirable, although not essential
• Personable individual, who enjoys developing relationships with both staff and clients
