Are you an experienced recruiter who is looking for their next step up in their career and wanting the opportunity to grow and manage their own Branch? Team Educate have an excellent position as a Branch Manager to head up our Cardiff and Welsh Division.

Team Educate has grown from strength to strength over the past 6 years. We are now looking for an experienced consultant with experience within this area / sector to help grow our Welsh division and manage and grow an already established ALN desk. We are a well‑known agency in Wales with an excellent presence and a large number of using schools. We have formed good relationships with clients, having already worked with schools and academies but we are looking to grow this team and expand. We feel an experienced recruiter who is familiar with this locality and experience within this field, would be a huge asset to our grown to both our clients and current team.

The suitable applicant must have experience within education recruitment and knowledge of the local area is also advantageous. You will be working within a great team, for a great company who really want to make a difference within this sector. We are an agency who is renowned for their 5* service and ability to find exceptional candidates. The applicant must share the save values and have a good work ethic with the ability to want to succeed and lead the charge against our competitors.

The Role:
  • Branch Manager / Team Manager Role
  • Full time position (Monday - Friday)
  • £28,000 - £38,000 + progression + commission
  • Working hours 7.00 - 16.00 Monday - Friday (term time only)
  • Reduced hours in school holidays
  • Excellent commission structure (no agency offers what we do)
