Job summary

Wolseley Weymouth is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Weymouth (DT4 9TJ) branch. This full-time role (40 hours per week) focuses on inspiring the team, driving sales and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliant branch operations.

You will manage performance, foster relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders, and promote health, safety and high standards across the branch.

• Proven leadership and management experience.
• A solid background in the trade, plumbing & heating or distribution sectors.
• A strong track record in sales & operational excellence.

As a Branch Manager based in our Weymouth branch you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, inspiring and developing the branch team
• Driving sales performance and new business growth
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and effective people management

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
