Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Store Manager for a wholesale branch. You will lead a team to ensure efficient, safe trading and provide the highest level of customer service, reporting to the Area Manager. You will be trusted with real responsibility from day one, with support to meet customer needs.

The role requires retail/wholesale experience and a proactive, hands-on approach to operational procedures, with opportunities to develop your career across Booker Group.

• Retail/wholesale experience required, not necessarily from food.
• Ability to demonstrate successful team management and operational procedures.
• Willingness to take responsibility and work within safety and legal constraints.

About the role

Looking for a career in Wholesale Store Management? We are currently looking for self starters who have a sound operational understanding of managing a store,are comfortable to make decisions whilst maintaining a compliant and safe operation.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that your branch is trading efficiently, safely, within legal constraints and offers the highest customer service standards.You will be dedicated to keeping customers happy, take pride in your work, have a proven record of managing a team to success, have an enthusiastic attitude and a driving ambition to be the best at whatever you do.

From day one you can expect to be trusted with real responsibility, working within a team of people that will give you the support to give our customers what they need, when they need it.

You will need

To be successful in this position youwill needretail/wholesale experience, not necessarily from a food background. You will be familiar with operational procedures, able to demonstrate successand not be afraid to get stuck in.
