  • Oversee daily operations at our Cannock branch, ensuring high standards of care delivery and compliance
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of care staff and coordinators
  • Manage client relationships, conduct assessments, and ensure person-centred care plans
  • Maintain compliance with CQC, UKHCA, and ISO standards
  • Drive branch growth by increasing service hours and supporting local recruitment
  • Monitor staff performance, retention, and ongoing training
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, families, and external partners
About You
  • Proven management experience within the care sector (home care or supported living preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional, culturally sensitive care
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team
  • Experience with care planning software and digital record‑keeping is an advantage
  • Must have the legal right to work and live in the UK
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
