Weldricks in Doncaster is seeking a Branch Manager to lead pharmacy teams, manage the branch to deliver safe, efficient and profitable operations, and work with Area Managers to support company growth. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining high retail standards for an excellent customer journey.

You will ensure robust branch planning, manage the Pharmacist and support staff, and align with governance and safety requirements across the store.

Work to develop and manage your branch teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and
profitable branch focusing on Company KPI's. Work collaboratively with other
branches, Area Managers, Pharmacy Support and the wider BSC for supporting
Company growth and success.

Show leadership and influence your team to implement the Weldricks
Customer Care policy to the highest standards.

Always maintain high retail standards, to facilitate a brilliant customer journey.

Effectively line manage your branch teams , including the Pharmacist.

Branch planning should be robust for management cover to span all the opening hours where possible.

Coach and develop your teams to deliver on the company goals and targets.

Team training are being identified and planned into the working week. Colleagues to remain on track with training courses.

Manage your team using the company policies and procedures where necessary.

Complete appraisals thoroughly to ensure all colleagues know where their strengths lie and what their development area is .

Maintain a branch that is Clean Clear and Clinical .

Encourage a culture of continuous patient safety improvement. Near misses and dispensing are recorded with the appropriate team learnings and actions are recorded. Engage the Pharmacist in delivering a clinical governance monthly meeting held with the team around learning opportunities highlighted to support learning and patient safety improvement.

Teams are GDPR trained and comply with these standards at all times .

Report any breaches in a timely manner and minimise reoccurrence through coaching team in best practice.

Health and safety is maintained in branch by adhering to company policies and risk assessments.

Follow all regulatory and legal requirements and follow policies, processes and procedures detailed in the SOP's BPM and DBPM.

Lead, Coach and train the branch teams to deliver all budget, service delivery targets and other company KPI's set .

Underperforming areas to be focused on by creating an action plan with the team. The action plan should include SMART objectives which the team are all engaged with.
