Nationwide in St Albans invites applications for a Customer Representative. This permanent, full-time role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, within a branch you can reach within a 45-minute commute.

You’ll deliver great service face to face, over the phone and online, helping customers with everyday transactions and guiding them to banking products and digital tools, while upholding our Branch Promise and customer-first values.

Qualifications

• No banking experience required; customer service experience helpful.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
