Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a part-time associate to work 20 hours per week across 5 days, including alternate weekends. Shifts are 4 hours within 7am–5pm and you will be handling tills as part of a fast-paced retail team. Applicants must be at least 18 and ready to deliver excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for someone with a can-do attitude, punctuality, and a professional appearance who enjoys working in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate tills and assist customers at checkout.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and products are easy to find.
• Assist with order picking and delivery preparation when required.

Job description

• This is a part time role for 20 hours per week.
• Working 5 days out of 7, includes every other weekend. Shifts will be any 4 hours per day anytime between 7am and 5pm.
• Working on tills.

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.
