Job summary

Booker Group plc is seeking night shift colleagues in Colchester to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment across different store areas, ensuring customers get what they came for quickly and efficiently.

We operate 5/7 days including nights, with a strong benefits package and opportunities for development. Candidates must be aged 18 or over and join a supportive, inclusive team.

Responsibilities

• You’ll ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times by working in multiple store areas, so no two nights are the same.
• Whether filling shelves, managing stock, or picking deliveries, the opportunities are many and service is fast and efficient.

About the role

We are looking for"night owls"with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of our vibrant night team you will thrive on teamwork and you'll be motivated to do a great job. The role that you play on nights is key to the wider success of the store so you will betruly appreciated.

You will be responsible for

You’ll ensure our customers needs are exceeded at all times working in a number of areas of the store, so no two nights will be the same.Whether it’s filling shelves, ensuring we have the right amount of stock or maybe picking deliveries … the opportunities are endless, but everything you do matters … ensuring our customers get everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.
