Job summary

Booker is seeking a friendly customer service assistant to join our team in Swansea. You will help customers, keep shelves stocked and operate tills in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You will be part of a 5/7 operation and the role is open to candidates aged 18+, with a strong focus on reliability, presentation and going the extra mile. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.
