A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a compassionate Live-In Carer to support a vibrant woman living with the effects of a brain injury. You will provide personalized care in the client's home, assisting with daily activities and promoting independence. The ideal candidate is resilient, adaptable, and experienced in handling care needs. This role offers starting from £175 per day along with a food allowance and travel expenses.
The Libertatem Healthcare Group was established to provide the very best levels of care and support for clients who have sustained Personal Injuries or suffered from Medical Negligence. They operate on a national basis and can provide care and support wherever their clients are located. Their care and support packages put the client's independence at the very centre of everything they do.
As a Live-In Carer, you'll live in the client's home for a minimum of two weeks at a time, working in rotation with another carer. You'll provide personalized care and support, promoting independence while offering help when needed. This includes assisting with daily activities, personal care, hobbies, outings, and social connections. You'll need to be a confident driver, resilient and adaptable, and have a strong sense of boundaries and balance. Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, or complex care needs is desirable but not essential.
