A healthcare firm in Aigburth, Merseyside, is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a gentleman living with a brain injury. Your role involves providing personal care, emotional support, and promoting community engagement. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles and possess a full UK driving licence. This position offers bank hours at £15.00 per hour.
We're looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our friendly team in Aigburth, Merseyside. Your support will help him stay independent, pursue his passions, and stay connected to the community he loves.
As a Support Worker, you will provide 1:1 personal and practical care, offer emotional reassurance and positive daily engagement, support with medication and promote healthy routines, encourage the client's hobbies and community involvement, and keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team.

Previous experience supporting someone with a brain injury is essential, along with a caring, confident, and adaptable approach, great communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are also required.
