We're looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our friendly team in Aigburth, Merseyside. This is more than a job it's a chance to make a genuine difference in the life of a gentleman living with a brain injury. Your support will help him stay independent, pursue his passions, and stay connected to the community he loves.

Main duties of the job

As a Support Worker, you will provide 1:1 personal and practical care, offer emotional reassurance and positive daily engagement, support with medication and promote healthy routines, encourage the client's hobbies and community involvement, and keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team.

Person Specification

Previous experience supporting someone with a brain injury is essential, along with a caring, confident, and adaptable approach, great communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are also required.
