The Arts Centre at Edge Hill University is seeking a Box Office and Publicity Assistant to support ticket sales, handle enquiries from students, school groups and the public, and help keep the box office running smoothly.
You will promote events across campus using publicity materials, mail-outs, email and social media, and help with Open Days and Applicant Days in a busy, creative environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Box Office and Publicity Assistant to join the team at The Arts Centre at Edge Hill University.
In this varied and customer-focused role, you will support the smooth and efficient running of The Arts Centre Box Office, assisting with ticket sales, financial transactions and responding to a range of enquiries from Edge Hill students, school groups and members of the public.
You will also play an important role in promoting The Arts Centre and its activities by assisting with the distribution of publicity materials across campus, including for special events, Open Days and Applicant Days. In addition, you will support publicity activity through mail-outs, email and social media.

As a Box Office and Publicity Assistant, you will be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills. You will have experience of using social media and working with databases, as well as excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
