Job summary

Malmaison Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will ensure guest bedrooms are cleaned daily to the high standards expected in our luxury boutique hotel.

No prior experience is required; a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference are essential. Full training on cleaning chemicals and equipment will be provided, and there are opportunities for internal development through our apprenticeship scheme after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality role is not required, but a positive attitude and desire to make a difference is essential.
• Full training in the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms daily to high cleanliness standards.
• Interact with guests as part of the housekeeping team; conversational English is essential.
• Follow set shifts; typically 5 days out of seven, starting between 8am and 10am; weekend work possible.
