Job summary

Walker Dendle Technical in Bristol is seeking a Structural Design/Project Engineer to join its growing design studio. The successful candidate will be a Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE, with a BEng/BSc in Structural or Civil Engineering (2:1+).

The role involves delivering design solutions for new-build and refurbishment projects up to £15 million across residential, commercial, hospitality and arts sectors, and managing projects from concept through to site.

Job description

Boutique Bristol consultancy has a requirement for a Structural Design/Project Engineer to join the small but expanding design studio.

Candidates will need to be a Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE, be educated to BEng/BSc in Structural or Civil Engineering (2:1 min) and must have gained (as a minimum) good design skills and at more senior level good project-running skills. They should be technically strong and be looking to work for an ambitious business as it expands.

Current workload is a mixture of both new-build and refurbishments with project values up to £15million on local projects (offering design and site experience on a daily-basis). Projects are spread across various sectors of building structures including residential, commercial, hospitality and the arts.
