Job summary

DXC Technology Company in Hampshire, on-site five days a week, seeks an experienced Managed Service Lead for Network Security. You will be accountable for DMZ managed services, gateways, CDS, and data exchange between security domains, aligning with defence security standards and Zero Trust.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of security engineers, drive change control, accreditation, risk management, and continuous improvement, while engaging with architects, risk authorities, and customers

Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber security or boundary security managed services.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments with accreditation processes.
• Proven service delivery, incident management, and continual service improvement experience.
• Strong governance, risk management, and assurance capabilities.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, network segmentation, and security architecture modernisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery, governance, and assurance of boundary security services.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of security engineers, analysts, and service specialists.
• Act as senior escalation point for boundary-related security incidents and communications.
• Ensure change, configuration, release, and accreditation processes within regulated environments.
• Drive continual service improvement and service performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with architects, risk authorities, accrediting bodies, suppliers, and customers.
