Responsibilities include maintaining waterfront equipment, assisting with repairs, and supporting beach operations. Ideal candidates should have a background in water sports, basic metalwork and woodwork skills, and hold a valid UK/EU passport. Responsibilities

• Assisting waterfront management team in keeping the fleet maintained.
• Keeping maintenance area tidy and making sure tools and hazardous materials are all stored safely.
• Repairing boats and boards using fibre glass or metalwork where required.
• Woodwork construction.
• Sourcing materials locally.
• Organising the repair of broken sails.
• Assisting the beach team on the beach.
• Ensure Mark Warner and RYA standards are being upheld.
• Extra duties around resort where needed.

Background knowledge of water sports equipment

Fibre glassing skills

Driving License

UK / EU passport holder

UK National Insurance number

RYA Dinghy Instructor or Windsurf Instructor qualification
