Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Boomi Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support integration solutions using the Boomi AtomSphere platform. The role is onsite in Manchester and spans across DEV, QA, and PROD environments, with responsibility for configuring connectors and troubleshooting complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using Boomi AtomSphere.
• Maintain and enhance existing integrations and deliver new solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Boomi connectors across apps, databases, cloud services, and third parties.
• Support business-critical integrations across time management, Salesforce, user access sync, and digital docs.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data flows, mappings, access, and connectivity issues.
• Analyze Boomi logs, audits, and alerts to identify and resolve issues.
• Support Boomi deployments across DEV, QA, and PROD; administer DEV/QA/PROD environments.

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Boomi Platform Engineer to design, develop, support, and maintain integration solutions using the Boomi Integration Platform.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, connector configuration, integration design, troubleshooting, and support of both existing and new integrations.

This role will support multiple business-critical integrations, monitor and troubleshoot production issues, and leverage Boomi’s low-code development interface to deliver scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform.
• Maintain and enhance existing integrations while delivering new solutions aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Boomi connectors across enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
• Support business-critical integrations across time management, Salesforce, user access synchronization, digital documentation, and other operational integration flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, connector configuration issues, data flows, mappings, access, and connectivity problems.
• Analyze Boomi logs, audit reports, error reports, and email alerts to identify and resolve integration issues.
• Support Boomi deployments across development, test, QA, and production environments.
• Administer and maintain DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Contribute to integration documentation, knowledge transfer, support procedures, and continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate integration issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
