Job summary

A leading bookmakers in Northern Ireland is seeking a dedicated team member to process bets and assist customers. In this role, you'll engage with customers, ensuring high service standards while working as part of a collaborative team. Ideal candidates will possess GCSEs in Maths and English, cash handling experience, and a full UK driving license. This permanent position offers a salary of £12.50 per hour with variable hours from 9.30am to 9pm.

Responsibilities

• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries.
• Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop.
• Building relationships with customers and making them feel at home by delivering excellent customer service.

Skills

GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above

Previous cash handling experience

Experience providing excellent customer care

Full UK driving licence and access to own transport

Willingness to learn and develop in the role
