What You'll Do:

As a part‑time Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage credit accounts effectively to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Oversee supplier accounts and ensure timely credit control
  • Handle customer payments accurately and on time
  • Keep financial records up to date using Sage Business Cloud software
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
  • Conduct client money calculations in line with FCA regulations to ensure compliance
  • Prepare and present general accounting reports to assist with financial decision-making
