  • Managing day-to-day finance operations including data entry in Xero, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.
  • Handling monthly payroll, RTI submissions, pension compliance, and VAT returns.
  • Monitoring cash flow and supporting quarterly and year-end financial reporting.
  • Supporting payment tracking, debt collection, and liaising with project managers and accountants.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial, legal, and HR regulations.
  • Providing general office administrative support.

An established and expanding SME based in Eastleigh is looking to appoint a part-time Bookkeeper to take ownership of a broad range of finance and administrative responsibilities.
