About Our Client

Our client is a renowned organisation based near Aylesbury. They are seeking a skilled professional to join their accounting & finance department and contribute to their operational excellence.

Job Description
  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense accounts
  • Credit Control
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate tracking of payments and receipts
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance checks
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes with efficiency
  • Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to the finance team
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Support the accounting & finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
The Successful Applicant

The successful Bookkeeper should have/be:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A qualification in accounting or bookkeeping is advantageous but not essential
  • Immediately available
  • Able to drive due to remote location
