We are seeking a Bookings & Marketing Assistant to support our Sales, Events & Marketing Manager in driving revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in hospitality sales, events, and marketing. You’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, assisting with event planning and execution, and managing digital content across our social channels.

This is a support role with a strong focus on organisation, creativity, and customer service, where you’ll help bring our events and marketing campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Bookings
  • Support the Sales & Events Manager with day‑to‑day operations and projects
  • Manage incoming pre‑booked enquiries via online platforms, phone and email
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling guest requests and booking queries
  • Maximise pre‑booked F&B revenue through cross‑selling and upselling
  • Assist with researching and developing client databases
  • Help source new business opportunities and establish databases for targeted communications
  • Build rapport with guests and support long‑term client relationships
  • Assist with proactive sales outreach and support in building new business opportunities
Events & Marketing
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of in‑house events and activations
  • Support venue teams and event organisers during live events
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and activations
  • Manage and grow the venue’s social media presence to increase visibility and engagement
  • Create engaging content including reels, posts, and stories
  • Produce digital and print marketing assets such as event flyers, posters, and screen promotions
