Job Overview
The Booking Coordinator is responsible for matching our care team members with a suitable client to support residents either in supported living, nursing and care homes or school settings. You will consult directly with our carers, nurses, and clients to organise shift cover and manage their rotas. The position allows flexibility to work from home and offers a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Securing rotas a month in advance.
- Amending last‑minute cover and changes with clients.
- Building and developing lasting relationships with clients and our employees.
- Communicating clearly and respectfully to all clients and employees.
- Ensuring all requests are responded to within half an hour.
- Swap shifts and take days as first request, choice of day, night and weekend shifts.
- Providing support for required shift patterns: Monday 6‑9am (at home), Wednesday 6‑9am (at home), Sunday 6‑2pm (at home) and Friday 9am‑5pm.
- Using a laptop and equipment supplied to complete the role.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
- Effective communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
- Analytical thinker, quick to solve problems, solution‑driven.
- Able to work in the office and from home.
- Experience in care or shift coordination is desirable (not mandatory).
