  • Ensuring all requests are responded to within half an hour.
  • Swap shifts and take days as first request, choice of day, night and weekend shifts.
  • Providing support for required shift patterns.

Job Overview

The Booking Coordinator is responsible for matching our care team members with a suitable client to support residents either in supported living, nursing and care homes or school settings. You will consult directly with our carers, nurses, and clients to organise shift cover and manage their rotas. The position allows flexibility to work from home and offers a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour.

  • Using a laptop and equipment supplied to complete the role.
