• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Vibrant team on accounts, tax, and advisory services.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of practice-based bookkeeping experience.
• AAT Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
• Strong proficiency with Xero accounting software.
• Passion for technology, automation, and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• AAT Level 4 qualification or higher.
• Practical experience working with small business clients in a bookkeeping capacity.
