We are looking for a Bonus & Promo Executive to join our growing product team!

You’ll be responsible for the setup and monitoring of bonus campaigns, promotions, and tournaments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

🛠️ Responsibilities

1. Bonus Management
   • Create and configure bonuses in the platform according to the approved plan.
   • Set up mechanics, validity periods, and activation conditions.
   • Coordinate promotional materials (banners, texts) with design and content teams.
   • Maintain and regularly update the database of active and archived bonuses (Google Sheets).
   • Control the accuracy of accruals and display in the user interface.
2. Promo Campaigns & Tournaments
   • Set up promotional events, tournaments, and special in‑game activities in the CMS.
   • Configure timing, rules, rewards, and conditions of participation.
   • Monitor display accuracy and campaign performance.
3. Cross‑Team Collaboration
   • Communicate with copywriters, designers, and product teams.
   • Set clear tasks, control deadlines, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
