Job summary

Dishoom in London is seeking a dedicated Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant team. You will craft drinks to high standards, create welcoming bar experiences, and participate in a comprehensive training program to learn our unique menu.

We offer a full-time role across 5 days with a rotating schedule. Expect competitive hourly pay (£17–£17.50 incl. tronc) and access to our award-winning training programmes, plus free team meals and generous chai offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Cocktail Bartender (min 1 year) in a high-volume bar/restaurant.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and drink preparation.
• Willingness to learn and grow through training programmes.

Responsibilities

• As a Cocktail Bartender, craft high-quality drinks with speed and consistency.
• Greet guests with a smile and engage in bar conversations to welcome them.
• Support training periods and develop knowledge of our drinks and dishes.
