Job summary

Affluent Technology Limited in Coventry is seeking a skilled BOM Specialist to own the end-to-end engineering bill of materials process, validating data, releasing eBOMs and supporting change activity. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Program teams to ensure data integrity, accurate configurations, and timely release readiness across the product lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on PLM experience, strong analytical capability and proficiency with PLM/ERP

Qualifications

• Experience with BOM/EBOM in PLM/PDM environments.
• Ability to manage multi-level BOMs and data integrity.
• Experience with engineering changes and release governance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage eBOMs in PLM/PDM systems (eBOM ownership).
• Validate engineering change requests and ensure release readiness.
• Coordinate release activities for parts, assemblies and product structures.
• Track change impact on BOMs, configurations, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Maintain traceability of changes across released product data.
