Job summary

Slim Chickens Bridgend is hiring Back of House Team Members to help prepare and cook menu items to perfection in a fast-paced kitchen managed by BRG. We value teamwork, reliability, and a passion for food quality.

You’ll maintain cleanliness, follow food safety guidelines, handle inventory tasks, and support the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and timely. Weekend and bank holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking and delivering quality food.
• Able to follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Experience in kitchen is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

• Prepare and cook menu items to high standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation and freshness of ingredients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely orders.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential!
