Job summary

Slim Chickens - Merry Hill is seeking Back of House Team Members to join our busy kitchen and help deliver high-quality, southern-inspired chicken dishes. You will work as part of a collaborative team to prepare meals, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers opportunities to learn and grow within the BRG group, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and delivering a great guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, ensuring every dish meets our high standards

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential!
