Job summary

Solus, an Aviva company, seeks a Production Lead to sit at the centre of site operations, uniting people, process and performance to ensure repairs progress safely, efficiently and right first time.

You will lead technical teams, set priorities and collaborate with Customer Service and Parts Leads to remove blockers, while using data to balance productivity, quality and customer outcomes. This role shapes how the site operates and develops its people.

Overview

At Solus, the Production Lead is one of the most influential roles on site. This position sits at the centre of operations, bringing together people, process and performance to ensure repairs progress safely, efficiently and right first time. The Production Lead works in close partnership with the Customer Service Lead, Parts Lead and wider operational teams, creating clear alignment between the workshop, customer experience and site priorities. Rather than working in isolation, the role is about collaboration, decision‑making and setting direction for how the site performs day to day. You play a key role in creating a calm, well‑organised environment where colleagues understand expectations, work together effectively and stay focused on what matters most to customers.

Responsibilities

As Production Lead, you’ll take shared responsibility for site performance and repair delivery.

You’ll:
